Fall 2008 Pecan Street Fair

With 250 arts vendors, musical and performing artists, art classes, dance classes, a scholarship competition, international foods, a carnival, and a petting zoo....how can you go wrong? The festival is the largest art festival in Central Texas, attracting over 300,000 people.

It was great to see everyone that came by to say hello and thank you again to all my new collectors...it was a great weekend! Sam.

Fayetteville Arts Festival

The Fayetteville Arts Festival was a great show! I made some great new friends and one of my paintings was featured in their local paper.

Also, every Saturday Fayetteville has one of the best Farmer's Markets you will ever see. It is on the main square downtown.

Napa Valley and Sonoma Valley

We tried some great wine and champagne.....

made some new friends...ran into a few old ones and found a few potential galleries for my art.

A Visit to Flat Creek Winery

Thanks again to Rick and Madelyn Naber of Flat Creek Estates. Shelli and I delivered the next two paintings in my "Dancers in the Wine" series today. The vineyard was beautiful and the wine was excellent. I was also able to get a closer look at the early stages of the wine making process.




Pretty cool. With any luck my paintings will be on a wine lables one day.

Georgetown Fine Art Show

It was a fun weekend in Georgetown, the festival was set on the banks of the San Gabriel River. Thanks to all my new collectors and friends for a great show.

Austin Wine Festival

Thanks to everyone who came out to see my art and enjoy the great wine. It is always fun to discuss my art with new friends and catch up old ones as well. The wine was flowing and a good-time was had by all!

Art Reception in Austin
